We are not seeking full-time employees who punch a clock, because that's not who we are. Instead we want professionals who have a desire to help individuals and small business establish a net presence. We are seeking people who have a desire to learn new skills and a desire to apply those skills towards bettering their community. In short, we are seeking partners in our informal family of developers.

Their is no formal interview process, nor is their a salary or wage attached. Pay is strictly profit-sharing. Our goal is not to quit our day jobs, but to augment our incomes by putting our knowledge to work for others. Work as little or as much as you want, but you must always be responsive to your clients.

Odd as this concept may sound, we are all working towards our own goals: honeymoons, our children's college funds, retirement, or to pay off student loans. We can all work together as a group to help each other realize those goals while doing good for those around us. Hang out in the forums, and if you think you can work with us, let us know. Knowledge is power, and sharing knowledge is rewarding.
